ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE |
| The structure comprises of the
UCCP National Council, National Executive Board, the District
Executive Board and the Secretariat. |

| The National Council |
The UCCP National Council is the
supreme decision making body of the organization operating
like the UCCP parliament. It comprises of a number of representatives
from the organizations, companies, associations or other legal
entities fully registered as members of UCCP.
The UCCP National Council is a very important organ as it
deliberates and makes final decisions on any matter pertaining
to the organization. The UCCP National Council meets once
each year to review the organization's past activities and
the future. |

| The National Executive
Committee |
| The National Executive Committee
(NEC) is the supreme leadership organ of the organization,
elected from and by the UCCP National Council. It comprises
13 members headed by the President, with at least a third
of it being women. The NEC will be meeting quarterly and is
headed by the President. |

| The District Executive
Board |
| This is elected by the members
from the sub-county and Parish levels. It comprises of 13
members headed by the District chairperson |
|
| The Secretariat |
The Chief Executive Secretary heads
the Secretariat. In pursuance of the above objectives UCCP
and its member organizations, the UCCP Secretariat will have
in place self- motivated professional staff and build capacity
in a number of areas, which include training, and development
of training materials, provision of demand driven agricultural
advisory services, gender, adult literacy, environmental protection
and health services.
The Secretariat will always assist the CEB in initiating and
implementing programmes of the organization through the Secretariat.
The Chief Executive Secretary heads the Secretariat. |
