The Uganda Coalition for Crisis Prevention (UCCP) is a registered Non-Government Organisation operating nationwide. It currently covers 18 districts in Uganda namely;

The Organization was founded in 2004 by Ugandans of diverse professions including agriculture, environment management, and economics among others.

This was after the realization of continuous agro-related crises affecting rural and communities in Uganda. The crises majorly stem from the natural and man made catastrophes, whereby the natural ones are basically environmental in nature emanating from poor management of the environment and the natural resource base and natural disasters like earthquakes. +Read More here
